I will donate a significant percentage of my fee to charity for buyer of Pecos River Ranch

Having brokered a deal for a large tract of land in eastern Colorado ( I live in Denver ) that is to be used as a wind farm, I became interested in ways to combine large real estate transactions with a sensitivity for environmental concerns. I am currently endeavoring to be instrumental in the sale of a large ranch in New Mexico that has enormous potential for a variety of environmental initiatives. If I am successful in bringing a buyer to the table, I plan to donate a significant percentage of my fee to a "green" charity of the buyer's choosing.
